• We are happy to accept returns if you don't like something for any reason at all. Buyer pays return shipping. (The original shipping charge for the returned item(s) will be refunded so customer is not paying shipping twice.) It must be postmarked within 90 days of original purchase.
• If the product arrives damaged please send photos with dated verification to info@london-york.com. This just lets us know that any damage or wear and tear is not from customer use.
• When the product arrives back in original unused condition, London York will do one of the following (buyer choice); 1. Provide a refund via PayPal for the paid value of the product plus the original shipping charge, 2. Provide a London York store credit for the paid value of the item plus original shipping charge, or 3. Ship you a replacement or exchange product of your choice equal to the value of the original item. (If you select a PayPal refund please note that any currency exchange rates or usage fees are set by PayPal and are the responsibility of the buyer.)
• If London York has sent you the wrong product by mistake, we will ship you the correct product or, if it is no longer in stock, your choice of any product of equal value. No return of the mistaken product is necessary.

All of our signature silk ties are cut to be wider; not at the bottom, but at the point where the knots are tied, giving them a stronger, more substantial look. The designs are conservative and corporate with a sleek attractive sheen.

The Regular tie is 155cm long (approximately 61 inches), and is 8.5cm at the tip (a little more than 3 1/4").

The XL tie is 175cm long (approximately 69 inches), and is closer to 9cm at the tip (just over 3 1/2").

Both ties taper more slowly than typical ties, so they provide more width at the point where the knot is made, giving you a powerfully elegant, more substantial knot.

The Regular tie works with any knot and can be tied large or small, but will allow for a more substantial knot without sacrificing length.

The XL tie stays wider longer in order to accomodate much taller or larger men (typically 6'2"/ 188cm or taller). They allow for a sharp substantial look that stays proportional on a grander scale. They are quite noticeably larger which can be a breakthrough relief for many men but can be too large for others, depending on your preferences. If you're taller or larger than average or if you simply like an extra large knot, the XL ties can be the answer you've been looking for.
